My name is Ariyaa, the founder of Grateful Print. Growing up in the vibrant state of Tamil Nadu, India, I was surrounded by a harmonious blend of tradition and artistry. My inspiration comes from childhood memories: the vivid colours of sarees worn by ladies at the temple, the endless rows of patterns in local fabric stores, and the intricate decorations of our traditional festivals. Today, I am honoured to share a piece of that heritage and my passion with the world.

My passion for colours, patterns, and craftsmanship intensified during my time living abroad,igniting a deep yearning for my cultural heritage, so the idea of creating a fabric brand was born. In 2024, destiny led me to a group of talented artisans, who unveiled the captivating world of hand-block printing. The rhythmic hum of old Bollywood melodies, the aroma of freshly brewed chai, and the focused eyes of the artisans, as they meticulously aligned their stamps, created an unforgettable experience. It was a dream I yearned to be part of and a vision I aspired to share.
